👩🏻Let’s 👨🏽talk👩🏻‍🦰skin🧔🏼tones👩🏾‍🦱

These are a few concerns many of my clients have during our consultations:
My partner and I have drastically different skin tones.

I tend to get flushed when it’s hot outside.

I worry that I will be too dark and my fiancé will be blown out in photos.

We don’t want to look orange in our photos.

My baby is still a little jaundice.

Is that something you can handle?

My response (with confidence) is always YES! Skin tones are a priority for me. I want my clients to look like themselves. True to color with a little bit of vibrancy thrown in. I want them to look back at these photos and feel well represented and BEAUTIFUL.
Over the past few years clients have been hiring me for this reason. Because of the consistency in my photography when it comes to varying skin tones. That gives me so much pride in what I do. We all don’t look the same in every lighting situation, we all react to hot days differently, and not all families share the same skin tone. So I make sure I’m prepared to make everyone look their best.
