11 WEEKS AGO, I SAID F*CK THIS.

Broken shoulder. Dislocated collarbone. Heartbroken. Depressed. Business in pieces. Financial pressure. Life throwing punches from every f*cking angle...

I had two choices: feel sorry for myself and give up… or get the f*ck back to work.

I chose what I was made for: HARD WORK.

I set myself a 14-week plan.

Training plan. Strict carnivore diet. Recovery. Sleep. Business. Helping others.

No bullshit. No excuses. No waiting for motivation.

I AM THE F*CKING MOTIVATION! 🔥

Just discipline, structure and execution.

Because nobody was coming to save me. Nobody owes you shit. And feeling sorry for yourself won't change a damn thing.

You can't control what life throws at you, but you CAN control how you respond.

11 weeks later, I'm still showing up. Still putting in the work. Still rebuilding.

This isn't about being perfect. It's about refusing to be a little b*tch and stay down.

FCK YOUR EXCUSES. FCK AVERAGE.

Stop talking shit. Start showing up.

I spent a lot of time recently praying and asking God for help, for what I thought I wanted…

Then, when I least expected it, He sent this positive, beautiful soul across my path. 🇧🇷❤️

In the most crazy way possible. 😂 I might have to make a video about that story one day too. 🤣

I even started paying attention to zodiac signs… and honestly, it feels like I was sent a female version of myself. 😂

Somehow, it’s all making this crazy chapter of my life feel a whole lot different… and a whole lot better.

I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason. Somewhere along the way, I just slightly forgot my own power over the last decade. 😂

Not anymore.

The next decade WILL be extraordinary.
