Your opponent’s not on the ground, so your eyes shouldn’t be either. Coach Karol walks through a movement drill that trains footwork, awareness and head position all at once 🥊 Want to learn this properly? Book a 1-1 or jump into a class at 12x3 and train with us.

YORK HALL A week ago I was back in the belly of the York Hall beast. I’ve climbed through the ropes quite a few times under this roof but this time my role was a different one. I thoroughly enjoyed and was proud of the performances I saw. People that learned to box with me at @12x3boxing decided to take it further than hitting bags, pads and doing drills in the gym. They competed against an equal under the lights. Massive respect to all of them (not all of them fitted in these photos) Here’s some of my favourite pictures of them by @morganwhitephoto I’m a bit jealous that I never had a photographer like this capture any of my fights 😂 Well done all.

TIME! THE BELL RINGS…… The boxers amble back to the corners after expelling most of the energy in there locker. They are met by the 12x3 team, coaches with years of experience in the sport….. they have dug deep, they have been there, the have had the highs and the lows, and so the boxers trust implicitly what’s being said to them. More often than not words like breathe, focus, calm…… preparing the boxer to be able to take in that small bit of advice that may make the difference. The fighters have been coached, prepared, guided, warned up, led out, now cornered , refereed and announced by the 12x3 team, hats off to them for getting these battlers to this place in such prepared fashion. LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCED AT 12X3 📸 @morganwhitephoto
