Karp.OS is a collaborative project by London-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Tim Karp and vocalist Dunja Botic, blending Greek, Turkish and Balkan folk traditions with deep electronic production. Through traditional melodies, hypnotic rhythms and heavy grooves, they create an immersive sound world between heritage and contemporary music.

The debut EP “North” reimagines songs from Greek Thrace, combining folk material with experimental sound design and electronic textures. by @karp.os_official

Dance has been a vital part of our individual upbringing. By finding ourselves in the middle of horas' and zonaradikos' circles, losing our breaths in eternal ceilidhs and falling in love for the first time with bulerias dancers, we consciously imprinted from an early stage that one completes the other.

Or that's what we think 🙃

In any case, sharing is caring and as the old saying goes:

"Dance as if the musicians are watching"

We always do, we always reflect, we always react 🌾

It's a ritual and it's been around way before we did, so dance, dance, dance!

(PS 1: thank you 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 you know who you are )

(PS 2: Next gig on 21st of March with @amenaelabd breathtaking project!)

YES ITS A DOUBLE BILL YOU LUCKY BiRDS 🐦🐥🦜
