I am so greatly saddened and broken that my mom has lost her battle with cancer on the early hours of this past Tuesday morning. She came into the hospital to get check ups done / minor health things checked out and 2 weeks later her heart stops beating on its own. 💔

For most of her life she was so spirited, and absolutely full of exuberance and wanted to be apart of my life as much as she possibly could. She always put me first , got my grades up to where I needed them, took me to all the sports practices, and even all the road trips early on listening to rap music the whole way there haha.

I always did things the right way in school and in life to make her proud of me. She was always got me what I needed and not everything I wanted lol, 😅. She always kept me fed even if I wanted 50 chicken wings or 3 foot longs from firehouse subs, she always wanted me to be happy no matter what the case was.

I admit I was certainly a wild child growing up and put her through some tough moments but don’t we all. We look back at those moments and laugh at them later on.
Im so grateful to have a mother that was not only loved by me but from anyone that knew her well. She always gave off so much positive energy and happiness to anyone that let her into their life.

I moved down from Atlanta, GA September of 2025 to live with my mom here in Pensacola Florida soon as I found out her cancer has reached higher levels and she couldn’t walk on her own that much anymore. I wanted to be with her during this hard time and help her as much as I could and do anything she asked.

All the warm ups felt super good and moved how they needed. Top set didn’t get my hips through enough as my warm ups but now I know I can grind lockouts

I am beyond blessed to have the life I have the support and love my mother always gave me. It was amazing seeing you today and talking out loud in front of family telling stories about you and showing appreciation as we all heal together.

Your spirit will always live on within us and we’ll always remember the good memories we shared.

We ate at your favorite place - the McGuires Irish pub in Pensacola FL, because it’s your birthday mom but also that was also a place of people you called family also from working there for many years.

I also had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with my little brother who is 18 and lives in Georgia. Very rare we get this much time together as he’s growing up and having a job and taking college classes now.

7.5 weeks out with a couple more heavier pulls to go. Excited to see where I end with things feeling really good.

Was in a car accident last month, completely totaled my truck that I had invested a lot of money and time into.

Got off the Ford train as I had 3 ford vehicles in a row , so needed something new.

Thankful to find the exact truck I was looking for with the black widow package and lift already on it.

But more importantly the truck is 6 inches taller than me. 😂 taken in Collins, Mississippi by @karrasmith_11

755 Single / 9 weeks out

Time to start lifting some decent weight again and push it. Been on the road this week and schedule been all over the place but happy this moved smoothly enough.

Less than 50lbs away from the goal. Let’s keep the train going.

My little brother graduated High School. I can’t believe it!
I remember this guy when he was only 6 years old when I left home to college. And now he’s going to college in the fall. Wish I could’ve seen him grow up more over the years . But I’m grateful I get to see him when I can.
