Speed squats with 475 10x2 (set 10 shown) followed by 600 6x1 wagon deads (set 6 shown). Not bad for having a virus and running a fever all day yesterday. Just gotta keep chugging. I had a great time with the bros at @carbon_atlanta and this facility is worth every penny. I won’t even disrespect this place by calling it a “gym”. It has SO MUCH more.
