A hui hou Hawaii~ It’s taken me some time to figure out how to post this, Hawaii has been such a magical and spiritual place and chapter in my life that will always be apart of me.

From that 20 year old kid dreaming of immersing myself into something completely different and exploring the depths of the ocean, mountains, jungles, and soul of Hawaii looking back now taking that jump to move from the south east at the time to the Islands was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I never could have imagined the impact this place would have on the rest of my life and my soul.

After 7 years of living on the North Shore of Oahu in the little town of Haleiwa and dedicating my heart to the people, culture, way of life, community, and Aina my chapter is ready to turn the page to my next adventure.

To the mentors that welcomed me and saw my love for the island and it’s culture, shared with me, educated me, and let me experience it, I am forever grateful and forever impacted.

To the friends that became family out 5,000 miles away from my home town in the middle of Pacific Ocean, struggled, grew, and persevered together to carve out our little life and community on the island, Thank you.

To the film and storytelling experiences I had the honor to be apart of telling local stories, being able to be involved with dream productions and documentary series, the feeling of being part of something so big and impactful on the world gives me life and continues my passion in film and storytelling. @hellosunshine @100footwave @hinowdaily

Thank you to the coworkers @hawaiinewsnow that did the 4 am weekend morning shifts, stayed calm during the breaking news of the Lahaina Fires, and told the story of the islands to the world and let me be apart of that, I am forever inspired.

Did the scariest thing I could think of and pushed myself to do a @tedx_official talk!

While not perfect, I’m proud to just show vulnerability and storytelling, because that’s the point. Connection and vulnerability. We’re all going through life and sometimes we have to just talk about it!

I memorized 6 sheets of paper and preformed my story piece in front of hundred + people with @tedxlihue and was accepted and posted to @tedx_official YouTube!

🎤Some of my favorite responses from some incredibly inspirational people at the Back Door Shoot Out with @oceanpaddlertv. This was an amazing opportunity to be able to talk to the hero’s I grew up watching and learn more about what they are all about. They all highlighted the importance of the COMMUNITY & TEAM behind them that keeps them going.

Never have I ever had a money sound bath but here we are! 🤣

💸⚱️⚜️Definitely felt like Cleopatra surrounded by gold, bathing in silky sudds and being fed my favorite Japanese snacks 🍬

I’ve been to head spas before and did it last year for my birthday two years ago but never have I experienced a facial, massage, sound bath, and hair care all at once.

This is my new favorite self-care royal treatment in San Diego @sereinheadspamassage_sd

You do not need to leave California when you’re getting a “Travel Itch!” 🗺️

California is the most diverse state ever and there are so many different climates and things to experience.

These are my top 5 favorite spots that have let me escape, ground down, or have new ideas:

1️⃣Lake Tahoe: The Gift of SIMPLICITY

Crunchy leaves and snowfall, the smell of 🌲; Song choice for this place; ‘Northern Attitude’ by @noahkahanmusic

2️⃣Joshua Tree (Hidden Valley): A State of AWE

Absolute silence and complete stillness and a feeling of being very very small like an ant in a sandbox; 🏜️ Song choice ‘El Invento’ by @jose.gonz.music

Golden days thanks to @rhys_ann from @elementsmassagesouthcarlsbad ! ✨

Nature is always the best way to feed your soul, body and wellness, but I definitely have been getting sun damage and skin buildup. I guess I have really THICK skin because I’m always out in the elements and a good routine chemical peel can wipe that slate clean and leave you feeling golden again!

Wellness in Encinitas area has never been easy and more accessible and essential. This hidden gem needs to be on your experiences to do list 🤍
