Six months ago I took my 1969 Cheoy Lee 38 sailboat out for the first overnight voyage to a beautiful anchorage in San Diego Bay.
After months of work, repairs, upgrades, test sails and getting this boat ready, I got to take her out for an overnight camping trip 🏴‍☠️⛵️
This is just a quick glimpse of the adventure.

Client appreciation post!!!

Every work out is different, every person is different, every day is different, so we form and evolve around your uniqueness 🤍

Sometimes we don’t realize how far we have come until you see all the little things adding up overtime and with our clients the day to day has added up to building strong bonds and strong bodies 💪⚡️

Quiet nights under the stars anchored up in a beautiful bay on my 1969 Cheoy Lee 38 sailboat, so lovely at night on the water away from the world ⛵️🌙🏴‍☠️

there’s nothing wrong with finding inspiration online.

but at some point, we have to close the app and create something of our own.

take the photo.

paint the canvas.

write the idea down.

pick up the camera.

finish the project.

it doesn’t have to be your best work.

it just has to exist.

because the world doesn’t need more people consuming creativity.

it needs more people brave enough to share theirs.

🥵Sweating and precise targeting of certain muscles is definitely hard to do if you don’t have something like EMS specifically getting to those muscles 💪⚡️

Kasey, a yoga teacher likes to combine her stretching, strengthening posters, and the EMS to feel her best ♨️
