Ever since I could remember, I would do workout videos from home, imagining what it would be like to be in that room. Trying to keep up with everyone. I would think “okay Kass if you were there, you wouldn’t be able to stop” lol. I finally got to live out little Kass’s dreams 😭

I want to thank Johanna for allowing me the opportunity to come and experience her in this new chapter in her life. I’ve learned so much from her already, but above all it’s about uplifting your community and remaining true to yourself! I will remember this forever 🫶🏽

Aside from the beauty that surrounded us in Costa Rica, (which is SO beautiful, people, environment, and all) I am eternally grateful to have been able to go on this trip with the most important women in my life. I am who am I, because of them. This is something I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you thank you thank you. Until next time by @kassynl
