Took me a long time to creatively put something short and sweet together that I would have for a long time to look back at and remember what it felt like in that moment. I wanted this to help balance the chaos, sweeten the sour and remind me exactly why I started doing all of this anyway. Funny thing is: I thought I just needed to learn to love the process, but honestly, and most importantly I’ve learned to just genuinely love myself. For someone who knows what they want and wanted it yesterday. I took a deep dive into something I found profoundly nurturing and I ran with it. I ate it up. I didn’t love every second especially when I heard the word ‘pulse’ or ‘hold’. Basically I just genuinely believe in making movement fun- and I decided to start taking my own advice and not take things so seriously.

So-If you like to move and have fun- I fuck with you- simply put. ❤️

Shoutout to all the bad bitches in this video I miss every single one of you. If you’re not tagged I apologize apparently you can only tag 20 people per post, you know who you are 🤸🏼‍♀️🙃

This summer wasn’t a vacation—it was a return to the mat as a student. I dove deep into continuing my education in Mat Pilates + Sculpt with my dear friend and mentor @junglejohanna 💪🏽🧘🏽‍♀️

Grateful beyond words for this transformative training, the wisdom shared, and the beautiful community that showed up with heart, sweat, and support.

To my incredible course mates—thank you for the laughs, encouragement, and shared growth.
To @soultherapystudios —thank you for holding space and creating a powerful container to learn and expand.

✨ I’m proud to share that I’m now officially a Certified Mat Pilates Teacher.
I can’t wait to integrate this work into my offerings and show up even more fully for all of you.

Summer for some is rest. For me, it’s refueling—so I can keep serving, moving, and evolving. 💫

This Teacher training was a big reminder of how powerful it is to stay a student, to lead with humility, and to lean into growth!

@jessjoseph___ Grateful for this magical space that you’ve created! 🙏🏼@soultherapystudios

@tybellanova I feel blessed to be able to share this journey with someone so like-minded. It’s rare to find a love where you’re growing individually and together. Thank you for believing in me, matching my energy, and showing up with the same passion and drive.

I’m walking away more aligned, more lit up, and with a community of amazing people!
