✨Sunday Studio Spotlight✨
Today we are spotlighting @fitmesunvalley - Sun Valley, Idaho’s first ever boutique Mat Pilates and Lagree studio, built to bring low-impact, high-intensity, results-driven training to a highly active mountain community. Their approach is rooted in quality movement, precision, and proper form. They combine the foundations of Pilates with the intensity of Lagree to build strong, resilient, confident bodies that support real life, in and out of the mountains.
Their studio is designed as a fitness sanctuary, a space that feels both tranquil and powerful, created to invite, support, and challenge their community. They house the new MegaPros with custom local @reflexski balance poles, a unique nod to Sun Valley’s iconic ski culture.
Learn more about Fit Me Sun Valley below from owner @katcam and drop some #lagreelove in the comments ❤️

🌟What made you originally fall in love with Lagree?
Lagree challenged me in a way no other workout did, both physically and mentally. It’s not just intense, it’s incredibly effective. I love that it focuses on form and alignment first, and that you move really slow and with control. I also loved discovering time under tension, and that mental push through when your body wants to quit. That whole combination hooked me immediately. And… I’ve never been that sore in my life.Lagree felt like an evolution of everything I value in Pilates, just taken to a whole new level.

🌟What do you want your clients to leave each workout with?
Invigorated + confident.
Because when everything’s shaking and you want to quit… you stay. That’s where the magic happens. Clients walk out feeling proud, energized, accomplished, and stronger than when they walked in. And the confidence comes from results, because Lagree will transform your body.

🌟 Describe your studio in 3 words!
Intentional. Transformative. Invigorating.

Thank you Fit Me Sun Valley for allowing us to feature you today! We are proud to have you in the #lagreefamily
