Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to share this beauty queen here…maybe because a love letter to peak-summer tomatoes felt just touch cruel when she was rolling off the presses, just as the northeast was getting clobbered by a record-setting blizzard! Anyhow, the days are getting longer, the green markets will overflow again, and our Spring/Summer issue is a celebration. Get it, get it, get it at shop 🍅 SAVEUR 🍅 com and three cheers to the dream team and all the contributors who helped make this one shine. @saveurmag taken in New York, New York by @katcontrol

This season’s hustle and bustle has seemed somehow more hustling and bustling than usual, so I’m a little late in sharing our fall/winter baby on my personal feed. But that’s not for lack of love! Issue 205 is loaded with festive and cozy global fare, gorgeous artwork, and a few kooky surprises. I can’t wait for you to see it! Thanks to @nothinginpassing for the killer cover photo and to all the contributors and collaborators who filled these pages. And of course, three cheers for the brilliant @saveurmag dream team for making it all possible. ❤️❤️❤️ taken in New York, New York by @katcontrol

I’m so proud of everyone who rallied to bring this beauty to life. (And let’s hear it for @chwhat’s exquisite cover photo from @dlsandhaus’s deep dive into the tsipouro tavern culture of Volos, Greece. 💫) taken in New York, New York by @katcontrol
