I am endlessly thankful to be surrounded by such incredible people!

In a world where women are constantly told we are not enough, but also too much at the same I have found the value of surrounding yourself with people who love and support you in the things that bring you joy!

We all only have one life here, so why not spend it loving on your friends, supporting them, and lifting them up? 🥰

P.s. too many people in my circle to be able to post pictures of everyone, but I love you all ❤️ by @kate_torberg

It's wild to me that it's been 3 years already since I started my weight loss journey. 3 years ago today, I started the liquid diet phase in preparation for my surgery on 10/16/21.

I was terrified, and I didn't want to fail. But I needed to break the cycle of dieting and the stress it was putting on my body. Surgery was the best option for me, and I stand by my decision.

I'm so thankful for the journey I've had, the support from my friends and family in the process, and this little corner of the internet being my safe space (and the safe space for many others who were/are going through the process too!)

Just remember that if you're going through it or any other transformation process, it feels like it's all consuming right now, but you'll be on the other side of it before you know it. Just keep focusing on the next step, the next stage. Keep your goals small, but continue to build upon them and celebrate meeting those goals often! taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @kate_torberg

Fashionopolis is coming, less than 2 weeks away! The Grand Salon is likely already sold out, so snag a ticket for the Twilight Soiree before those sell out too!

I am so so so thankful to be invited to be included in the first ever ticket committee for Fashionopolis! This will be my first time attending, because it usually falls over our anniversary, so I am so excited to be attending this year!

Bonus, this year it's at STUNNING @artsmia and each ticket (yes, even the Twilight Soiree!) also grants you access to the Paris Couture exhibit at Mia!

Head on over to @mspmag to get you ticket ASAP because this will sell out!

Thank you so much @mspmag and @grantwcreative for including me, it's going to be an amazing night!

Swipe to see my outfit options, still pending, but I think I know which one I'm leaning towards! Vote below your favorite! taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @kate_torberg

Last weekend at Nolan Mains! We will be officially moving to our new location starting Monday - so come on in to shop before we're closed M-Th this week!

Sat: 11-5
Sun: 11-3

The weather is gorgeous and patios are open! Make a whole day of it, stop by @cornercafeon50th for a latte, swing through your favorite boutique (obvi @thefittingroommpls), and then head over to @pajaritorestaurant for a spicy marg and queso! Literally sounds like a dream day, right?! taken in thefittingroommpls by @kate_torberg

Last night at @keionacook's fall fundraiser Fashion Show 🥰

Do you know my friend Keiona? Because if you don't, you should! Her show raises funds to provide sewing classes for children. These classes help them develop an important skill but they also have the opportunity of learning entrepreneurship and the value of their time and work. She surrounds these kids with a loving, and encouraging environment! Her approach is well-rounded to set them on a path to success for their futures!

P.s. you always provide a donation individually or book a sweing class for yourself or your child - check out @lovelyssewing for details!

P.p.s She was also just recently at NYFW and her designs are incredible! taken in Machine Shop by @kate_torberg
