June was filled with so many special moments including Mike Max reaching out to me wanting to do a story on my marathon journey!!

Such a full circle moment sitting in that chair because 4 years ago to date, I was running my first marathon ever up at @grandmasmarathon & little did I know running would soon take me all over the world @wmmajors and give me so many cool opportunities & memories that will last a lifetime!!!

@capetownmarathon just became the 8th major marathon and I get the opportunity to go over and be apart of it’s inaugural race in May 2027! I will be raising money for @enduretocure this time for children’s cancer because what is better than getting to do what you love while making a difference ✨💟

Don’t forget to chase your dreams people 🏃‍♀️🪩💫

Heres to major marathon number 8 and potentially becoming the youngest female in the world to complete all 8!!! 👀🌎🪩🏃‍♀️🥳🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ @wcco thanks for having me!!! by @katefrost02

A gym that feels like home 🤍

We’re officially halfway through our first Strong Girls session of the summer, and it has been so much fun working with these young girls and watching them grow!!!

While helping them become great athletes is a goal, it’s not our biggest priority. We are teaching this next generation that being strong is COOL 💪🏼💪🏼

we’re teaching them:
✨ How to work hard
✨ How to encourage their teammates
✨ How to push outside their comfort zone
✨ That it’s okay to be uncomfortable
✨ The importance of fueling their bodies
✨ Discipline and consistency
✨ Proper lifting technique
✨ Injury prevention

& that’s how great athletes and people are made !!!

We still have a few spots left in our summer session! If you have a daughter who wants to get stronger, build confidence, and have fun, we’d love to have her 🤩

I also have a few openings for 1:1 and semi-private training for anyone looking to get stronger themselves!

Send me a DM or reach out to @mrshl_fitness for more information. I hope to see you in the gym soon 💟✨ by @katefrost02
