Is it too late to post some favs from Kate & Landon’s day in June?! Oh well, these are my favorite!!! The best day full of bedazzled brooks, hot pink, @dippindots, & lots of sweetness!!!! I’m so thankful that I got to stand by her side & also edit all of her pics?! Another crazy idea that came to life & that’s not out of the ordinary one bit!!! I love you sis, you’ve been the biggest blessing to grow up with!!! 💗💍💒🕊️🌸

💪 YOUTH FITNESS IS FOR EVERY KID — NOT JUST ATHLETES!

Our youth fitness classes aren’t about creating elite athletes. They’re about helping students learn to move, get stronger, build confidence, and develop healthy habits for life.

🏃 Athletic or not
🏀 Sporty or not
🌱 Beginner or experienced
💪 Strong or just getting started

There’s a place for your kid here.

We focus on fun, age-appropriate strength, movement, coordination, agility, and conditioning — while helping kids discover that being active can be something they actually ENJOY.

Because kids don’t have to be athletes to benefit from fitness.

Give your kid the gift of strong, healthy habits that last a lifetime.
