Women find your voices, your liberation lies there. Love the women around you fiercely. Believe them. Protect them.

My unpaid emotional labor is no longer serving the culture that profits from our violation.

Women, if you need community check the link in my bio. We gather virtually Sunday evenings.

I started getting more intentional about my birthday when I turned 45. In the four birthdays since I’ve celebrated with simple moments where I’m present and deeply connected to those surrounding me with love. This year was no different. I gifted myself a day of self care and love, doing the things that are currently bringing me joy.
Every birthday wish, gift, thought, and message that found its way to me just added to the abundance of love I was marinating in. Thank you. You made this little Kick Asser feel very loved. 🥰🥳🫶 by @katekatz

The Epstein files needed to open so healing can begin… but what a fucking ride. Our collective liberation is on the other side of this but it requires us lifting up women of color, dismantling hierarchies and creating new systems of equity… white supremacy, individualism, capitalism, and patriarchy brought us here. We will need collective love to get us through. by @katekatz

Collaging for 2026 has begun. 💕 by @katekatz

Happy New Year Kick Assers. 2025 was a mixed bag of love, magic and trauma.

The state of our democracy and the values we claim to hold dear continue to concern me and motivate me to keep showing up in love… but what a fucking gauntlet, am I right?

But where there was magic and love in 2025 it was DEEP. Thank you to my community of family, chosen family, and friends (old and new) who laughed, screamed, cried, and sighed with me through this past year.

What 2025 taught me was that community is our greatest asset. It holds our democracy together, helps us realize and remember our power, and glues our hearts back together after trauma, loss, and grief.

This is what I’m taking with me into 2026- an unapologetic heart that will continue to build space for connection and belonging… because in the end- what I’ve learned from this past year is, that’s really all we have that can save us.
2025 laid bare the truth about love in all its heartbreak and beauty… so 2026, I’m meeting you with this wisdom. Let’s see where we go from here.

Happy New Year y’all. No matter what’s ahead- we’ve got this.🫶 by @katekatz
