No indoor track for me!

I had a tough last year despite wearing great shoes (@newbalancerunning ), being surrounded by awesome people, and learning from @mark_coogan

Did a ton of testing (s/o @athletebloodtestcom ) because everything went south as the season went on. My legs felt super heavy, I felt like I couldn’t breathe, & no matter how hard I tried to get out, I would always end up in DFL 😂

I had a procedure in December which gave me a ton of answers. Because of exposure to black mold, I developed a condition which has impacted my body’s ability to circulate blood to my lungs and ability to deliver oxygen. These two things are pretty important for running (and life!) so I’m lucky to have a great team of healthcare providers helping me get back on track! by @katemitchell18

Hit a milestone in special place! My Dad has been my biggest supporter and was one of the main reasons I started running. Not sure if this will live up to his many alleged wins and fast relay splits on this track, but…

So excited to be racing in my first Olympic Trials a week from today in Eugene, Oregon!

Very grateful for the opportunity to train with the best in the world and to get my butt kicked quite a few times while doing so 😂 @teamnbboston @mark_coogan — I’m so lucky to have a great team behind me!

Let’s do this thang!!! ⚡️🔨🎮
