It was great to have special guest, Kate Mitchell, join us at camp today! We were so lucky to hear her speak to us about her career and have her share her advice and wisdom. Kate is an inspiration to us all. Braz camp athletes wish her good luck in the Falmouth Elite Mile on Friday!

Right before this race, our car was stolen.

We barely slept. Plans changed. Stress was high!

But the race didn’t move because life got a little complicated.

One of the biggest lessons sports has taught me is that you rarely get perfect conditions. Sometimes showing up is the win before the race even begins.

Whatever you’re facing today, don’t let one bad day convince you to stop chasing a goal you’ve been working toward!

We said podium. We meant it. 🏆

The @citiusmag team came back to the @newbalancerunning Indoor Marathon Relay with two goals: make the podium, and have even more fun than last time. We did BOTH. 2:22:49 for the full marathon (211 laps on @thetrackatnewbalance) and a third place finish fueled by great vibes, which is easy when you recruit @aliontherun1 to the squad.

Back next year for more!

Official splits:

Last year we went 2:32 and finished 4th. This year? 2:22 and a THIRD PLACE FINISH at the @newbalancerunning Marathon Relay at @thetrackatnewbalance. 🥉

The CITIUS MAG team showed up and leveled up and we could not be more proud.

211 laps of pure chaos and heart. Faster legs, better result. Next year, we’re going for the win. 😤

If you’re wondering why @mark_coogan is missing from the photo, the bicarb didn’t sit well.

So many hugs and smiles at the finish line of today’s B.A.A. Invitational Mile, which Dorcus Ewoi won in 4:29.73.
