Hi! I’m Kate. 🤗 I’d love to share a little re-introduction to what has become a big part of me in the last 4 years. 🕊️

It is my absolute joy and mission in life to help bring peace and wellbeing to those who cross my path. I utilize crystal singing bowls and wind chimes to create therapeutic and relaxing sound experiences called “sound baths” in my community here in Bend, Oregon and beyond. Throughout my personal journey of self discovery and healing, I have found music, calming sounds, and healing frequencies to be a powerful pathway to slowing down my mind and connecting deeper to my own body and nervous system. I am continually in awe of how the magical and melodic tones of crystal singing bowls allow the whole being the spaciousness to realign, regulate, and harmonize on deep levels. Come join me at my next community sound bath, I can’t wait to share this magic with you!

If you are curious to learn more or have never been to a sound bath, DM me! I’d love to help you feel safe in trying something new and answer any questions you have.

Yoga and Sound Bath @ Elk Lake this Saturday August 15th 10am-11:30am.

Kate Slavensky will be providing sweet vibrational energy as we move our bodies and settle into stillness.

Use the booking page at r'omingyogabend.com to register. $40 per person, parking is included at Elk lake for the class. If you plan on staying at the lake you may be required to pay an additional $20 for all day Elk Lake Parking.

i’ve been going to @kateslavensky sound baths for years, and it’s one of the few things that consistently brings me back into my body when my energy feels all out of whack.

if you’re local and need space to rest, realign, or drop deeper into meditation, this is it!
one of the most grounding things i do for myself. ✨

A young man saw me groovin hard on my way up to the top of Pilot Butte and asked me what I was listening to. I said with my natural enthusiasm for melodic deep house “THE BEST SONG EVER. Space by Luttrell!” This is not the first time this song has made me cry tears of bliss hiking this butte 😂 it’s kind of my theme song. Some of the biggest joys in my life are solo dance parties on my runs in the sunshine. Bonus points for spectacular views. High on life feels good.
