🏔️RECONNECTING & REDEFINING

🏔️90 Days ago I packed all that I had in a U-Haul and left this magical home called Bend OR.

👉🏻I never in a million years saw the sudden move and ending coming.

👉🏻I never in a million years saw the ending of a 2 yr relationship only 2 weeks after my move.

👉🏻I never saw or pictures my life without Andrew.

👉🏻I never saw us not living in Bend together because we built such a safe, beautiful home together and the start of a beautiful community together.

🏔️You see, Bend OR represented a “WE” state of mind and body for me due to making the conscious choice to move there with my partner 1 year ago.

😢And if I am being honest, it’s gonna be emotional for me coming back there because it will be the reminder and deeper layers of grief of “what was or what was possible for Andrew and I”

♥️But part of the grief and healing ❤️‍🩹 rituals for me is visiting the places that played a huge role in my life and pay reverence and respect ✊ for it all.

🏔️This trip will be another layer of the goodbye to what was and what was a vision of our future I once had of us.

🏔️This trip will be the RECONNECTING & REDEFINING what Bend was and will mean to me moving forward..

🏔️Today I am humbled and grateful for the community that has shown up ⬆️ for me and is embracing me back with open arms.

♥️Today I am reminded how grateful I was for Andrew moving us up to Bend and the time we spent there together as a “WE”

🏔️This week I get to be of service to a brother of mine who will be a huge part of the next chapter in my professional career as a Psychedelic Assisted Therapist @mikeyheartvsbrain

🏔️And more importantly, to anchor in the vision of Bend being my part time home again in 2024 ♥️

♥️Day 2 Gratitude 🙏 & Generosity Challenge!

Gone Fishin’
Take a trip with me to the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Let’s fuel up with spring water, catch some fish and kick rocks pickin’ an’ a singin’ down an old dusty desert dirt road before the sun goes down and we warm ourselves by the campfire under the star littered sky.

I cried leaving The Gorge yesterday! So many amazing FEELZ from the weekend.

We are so incredibly blessed to be part of such a loving, wholesome, persistent & powerful community.

Festivals surround us with SO many beautiful folk on ALL walks of life—following their dreams, pursuing enjoyment, activating culture, finding happiness & living LIFE to the fullest.

Eternally grateful for the fun-loving, wonderful & WACKY spirits we get to see every other weekend in the campground Pivot!

The mobile-vending-life surrounds us with people that become our best friends even in just a short weekend. It’s always such a fun reunion with you ALL.

It IS super hard work with some funky lows & heat-stroke (lol), but the highs are HIGH and spending time with YOU GUYS is so empowering & makes everything SO BEYOND worth it!! IYKYK.

I open my eyes and hope to see you all SHINE!! Thankful for your LIGHT & mine combined.

In LOVE with the connections, community, and lifelong friendships this business has brought to me.

Goodbyes are always hard, but knowing we get to see you all again SOON for more festi-memories gives me & my business LIFE.

Thank you for the laughs, nip-slips, free food, hugs, prayers, deep conversations, juicy gossip, support, friendship, and growth—ALWAYS.

Ya’ll are greatly appreciated & oh-SO WAVY!!! Can’t wait to dance with YOU again!

~STAY WAVY~

Way back when I was a new yoga teacher, I was lucky enough to find an incredible group of people to challenge me, support me, and help me reach my goals. And in the many years since, it’s been friendships with fellow teachers that have kept me grounded, inspired, and motivated in my teaching and business endeavors. 🙌

In the spirit of all those who have supported me, I’m facilitating a Yoga Teacher Support & Mentoring Group. We meet 5 times over the course of 5 months as a group, and 3 times together one-on-one. We’ll share ideas and best practices, ask questions and commiserate, and refine our teaching and business acumen. (And we’ll laugh a lot and maybe cry a little ❤️!)

It doesn’t matter how long or how much you teach, what style you share, or where you live. We’ll hold space for each other and our unique perspectives on teaching yoga.

There’s room for a couple more teachers in the upcoming session and I’m opening a waitlist for the next one - message me for all the details!

(Pic circa 2013 rocking the pixie 🧚‍♂️. A lot has changed in the last 13 years since I did my first teacher training, but I’m still teaching yoga!) #FloatingYogaSchool
