I often take mini pauses but not very often do I take an extended pause! It feels like a luxury even though I know it’s important! I know I’ll fight sitting still for longer than a few minutes but it’s nice to take the time to share my gratitude for the last month or so. Being surrounded by 4 incredible Olympians, a team that gave it everything and family and friends that warm my heart I have been inspired, challenged and motivated to keep being the best version I can be. Thanks to you all 🙏 Time to be skate / vacation mum for a couple of weeks. by @katewilcomes

Grateful for ………… the love and support I receive from Micko, Ash, Vance and all my friends and family to be the best version of myself. I am one lucky lady! Very proud of Ash’s journey this year and although he won’t be in Paris he’s a champion in my eyes along with his incredible brother and father!
