The @fordaustralia Celebrity Surf Challenge always delivers!

From Olympic mogul skier @britt_mogul_cox, to @lizcantor, boxer @jazzyparr_ and the Starling sisters, mixed in with World Champion surfers @naughty_pauls, @100pambo,
@chelsea_hedges, @em_dieters and @chelsea_williams1_, the lineup was absolutely STACKED.

Generations collided in the water, creating endless entertainment, plenty of laughs and some surprisingly competitive surfing.

While there were plenty of standout performances, it was the team of @chelsea_hedges, @trustarling and @chelsea_williams1_ who claimed the win!

Queensland was enjoying a public holiday today and Snapper Rocks was packed with spectators to witness two Queensland surfers triumph at the Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro.
This fairytale finish marked nine years since Steph Gilmore last claimed victory at her home break and 21 years since she skipped school to secure her first-ever CT win as a 17-year-old wildcard. With a seventh Gold Coast Pro title Steph extended her own record and demonstrated why she’s regarded as the Queen of Snapper. Brazilian Luana Silva was runner-up to Steph

Fellow Queenslander Ethan Ewing defeated his good mate Connor O’Leary in the men’s final. The battle raged on for 40 minutes on the rising tide and a solid 4’-6’ swell. This victory marked Ethan’s third CT win and propelled him up the rankings to fifth place heading to the next CT in New Zealand.

🤝 Theresa Mitchell, founder of Agape Outreach, is transforming compassion into action, providing meals and vital support for people experiencing homelessness across the Northern Rivers.

📱 Georgia Kinchin created Heard – Survivor Space, an app helping people recognise coercive control and emotional abuse early, built while raising her daughters and living on the road across the Tweed.

📖 Deanna Cosme-Dufner, publisher of Tweed Coast Living Magazine, is helping tell the stories that shape the region—championing local voices, community initiatives and the people making a difference across the Tweed.
