Millenials now vs 15 years ago. The realityyyy.
But for real in 2011, I was in France - in a discotheque, shitfaced dancing to this song. Remember @yourstruly.andrew 😆😆😆💃🪩

📍 Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater
I can’t believe we leave tomorrow. My heart is in CO. From seeing my favorite band two nights in a row at a gorgeous venue to stumbling upon an incredible hike up to Red Rocks, and seeing my son’s eyes light up when seeing Dino tracks at Dinosaur Ridge - WOW.

I have followed the DMB since I was a kid. I can’t wait to post about the two night show at Fiddlers Green. I am seriously so damn lucky 🍀😭

Starwars at @disneyland was EVERYTHING. ✨ Nolan has a favorite - R2D2

Finally sharing more of our Aug 26 Disneyland trip. It’s truly a place where kids and adults and find pure JOY! 🤩 🫶🏼 and all the fun nerdy stuff I love 🤓

Anything from patrol units? No. Recon? Negative. This will make some fine sausage 🤣

“Why do you share so much? Some things should be private..”

Mental health conditions are the cause of death for 23% of pregnancy-related deaths.

Suicide was 33% of them.

As many as 1 in 5 women suffer PPD. Arguably, that’s largely under-reported.

75% of women with maternal mental health conditions never get the treatment they need.

Because there are MILLIONS of women who suffer in silence and we are not alone!

The more we share the better outcomes can be 🫶🏼

I recently had a lil DM convo with a friend about it being 2026, how ppl need to stop hating on others and start working on themselves. This year and beyond is all about survival, honestly. Get the bag, sis. Lift the damn weights. Clean your damn house. Do whatever uplifts your soul.

When I started back in January, I could not do a single push-up off my knees. Being a better human takes time, consistency, and pure grit. Why not start right now?
