To say I’ve been transformed is an understatement. To feel so much queer joy and love in one room was life-changing in so many ways.

But the biggest change, in my mind, is that I feel lighter. How long has that heaviness been there? How long have I been carrying it? I see it now, the weight of it all. My friends showed me what I had been carrying and helped me gently put it down this past week. I’m forever grateful to you all for truly seeing me. I see you, too.

Thank you, especially, to @itsnataliecass for hosting all of us and connecting us. It’s funny - I just met you all last week and now I can’t imagine my life without you. I love you all. To many more years of friendship. It really is just the beginning ♥️ taken in Coupeville, Washington by @katherinehess

Congratulations to Katherine and Rachel! 💍✨

Under the guise of an anniversary photoshoot in Thomasville, Georgia, Katherine reached into her bag and as My Girl by The Temptations played, she got down on one knee and asked Rachel to marry her.

For Rachel’s ring, Katherine worked closely with our Sales & Store Manager, @vmfj_chelsea , to create a custom Serena Engagement Ring, featuring double prongs and Rachel’s heirloom round diamond as her centerstone.

The sweetest, most thoughtful moment just for them. 🤍

Comment down below to congratulate Katherine and Rachel!
