did someone say 10 mile PB ?!?!🌟🕺🥳

let this be your reminder your pace doesn’t have to start with a 6 or a 5 or (god forbid) a 4 for your run to be just as worthwhile !!!! 🤝‼️

my 184 ave. heart rate will testify that pretty much everything past KM 7 was a struggllleee!! but sometimes all you can do is stay smiling, blast some show tunes & keep putting one foot infront of the other 🫶🏃‍♀️⭐️

it’s simply not autumn till a new scented candle has been secured !! 🍂☕️

trying really hard this year to make these colder months cozy & fun & enjoyable (!!) 🌟 as it’s fair to say, last winter knocked me off my feet a lil bit 🙁

so this year we’re leaning into it !!!! b/c sometimes all it takes is a cute raincoat & a pine scented candle to make everything a little brighter 🫶

ps. dyingggg to know everyone’s thoughts on verity!!!
