my 184 ave. heart rate will testify that pretty much everything past KM 7 was a struggllleee!! but sometimes all you can do is stay smiling, blast some show tunes & keep putting one foot infront of the other 🫶🏃♀️⭐️

I stopped my Strava at the 10 mile mark so I didn’t count the extra few 100m😂 I went through the 10 miles at 2hr2 which was 12 minutes faster than last year for me ☺️
