Dinnie pins lift 199kg

Had very little faith the lift was going up but thanks to coaching tips from @jonathanpain and @ferguscrawley we got some wind beneath them!

Suprisingly came 5th/139 in the Birmingham event and currently at 15th/720 for my world ranking!

Lots of work to be done on the ergs but happy with my lifts and my running.
