I am so grateful for the opportunity to represent the KW Operations Community through their Ambassador program!

Honored to partner with these six other women to help serve the KW Operations Community on a local and national level.

@nicolezuber_ - thank you for your mentorship, helping teach me to think differently and making this opportunity possible.❤️ by @katiegolsteyn

Hit the 2 gallon milestone this week! 😭🙏🏼

Since January I’ve tried to donate over 5 times and I wasn’t able to due to either low iron or my pulse was too high.

My ‘why’ for donating and knowing the difference this could make in someone’s life, is what keeps me coming back to try again. 🫶🏽

Excited to share that I was named Member of the Month for the Keller Williams Operations Community!

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute, learn, and collaborate with such an amazing group of professionals. Together, we’re elevating the real estate experience and making a lasting impact.

Thank you to our community leader @nicolezuber_ for creating this space and everyone in the KW Ops Community who inspires me every day! Let’s keep growing and innovating! 🫶🏽 by @katiegolsteyn

First day of 2nd grade! Mason says he wants to be a soccer player or a vet when he grows up - which is a pretty big change from a few years ago when his dream was to be King Kong! 😂 by @katiegolsteyn

Are you an agent thinking about what it actually looks like to be part of a team that helps you grow?

Here’s a simple breakdown of what you get access to when you’re on our team:

✨Real support. ✨Real systems. ✨Real momentum.

Things You Get Access To on Our Team:
• Marketing support
• Operations support
• Coaching
• Lead generation
• Client events
• Accountability
• Community
• Training
• Systems

This isn’t just about having “resources.”

It’s about having the right structure around you so you can focus on what actually drives your business forward.

If you’ve been doing it alone or feel like you’ve hit a ceiling, this might be worth a conversation.

DM us “TEAM” and we’ll connect.🤝 taken in Keller Williams Realty - Milwaukee Southwest by @katiegolsteyn
