Q2 Team Advance ✅

We forgot to take a picture with the entire team, this is the best we could do. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We did a potluck style meeting where we discussed our take aways from @edmylett ‘s keynote speech at Family Reunion & discussed our plan to better serve our people in Q2!

The separator is ONE MORE. Going the extra mile for our clients, making one more phone call, knocking on one more door, etc. Serving our clients at the highest level is our #1 goal!

Who do you know that needs a trusted realtor to help them buy and/or sell this year? We’d love to meet them!

We are missing a few people from the team in this picture but but we had an incredible day learning & from one of the best instructors @jamesdshaw !

You guys, today during the training - James tried cheese curds for the first time 🤯 (he’s from FL so we are giving him grace)

We talked about how we can better serve & provide perspective for our Lifetime Clients (past clients & raving fans) in this new normalizing market.

We are excited to put this training into action with our people!

If you want to know how much equity you have in your home right now - send us an email at lrgsupport@kw.com and we will put together a customized analysis for you so you have CURRENT market numbers!
