Big smiles and thumbs up for 2nd place in the 10,000m at USA Track & Field Championships!! 😄🥈🇺🇸

When I thought about who I wanted to be in this race, two words kept coming to mind: confident and fearless. It means so much to finally leave US Track Champs with my head held high and to see the growth and progress I’ve made.

This podium finish is a reflection of the incredible village behind me…my loved ones, my team, and everyone who continues to support me along the way. 🫶🏼

Pursuing excellence in this craft is a lifelong pursuit, and I’m already excited about how I can continue sharpening my racing skills and become a better competitor.

Now it’s time for a little break to reset and reflect on a season I’m so grateful for. :) 💜

A week of two races, two wins, one full heart 🦋🌹

A memorable East Coast trip taking the win at the Delightful Run for Women 5K and the 50th annual Red Rose Run 5 Miler, plus setting the course record 🥳

From the empowering energy at @delightfulrunforwomen to the incredible welcome from @redrosetrackclub & @common.ltd, and the best hosts, @kmitchpa & @clay50sub4, I felt so uplifted and supported the entire trip 💕💪🏼

Between races, I got to explore Pennsylvania and found beauty and inspiration everywhere - in the little moments, the open air, and the people ✨

Loving this road racing season and excited to keep it rolling into @atlantatrackclub Peachtree 10K up next! 🍑

We're going to World Cross Country Championships!!! 🥹🌎🇺🇸

My second place finish at the US Cross Country Championships was a special one. It's the performance I've been dreaming about since becoming a pro runner out of college back in 2021. The saying "keep showing up" really is true. If you love what you do and go all in on a dream, success is bound to happen eventually. However, it's usually never in the timeline that you want.

When I look back, I realize how it's all meant to be and in God's perfect timing. So much gratitude for all the people in my corner. I truly have the best family, friends, coaches, teammates and community-your support means everything to me. 🙏🏼

I absolutely cannot wait to represent Team USA with this group of amazing, strong women. Tallahassee, here we come 🤠!!
