Halloween snack duty is officially underway!

Between all of the parties, costumes and festivities, I love finding little things that make Mom life easier.

These @brainiacfoods fruit snacks are a fun find with brain-supporting nutrients like omega-3s and choline. Smarter nutrition for growing kids, with flavors they’ll love!

Find Brainiac Fruit Snacks at Walmart!

This forehead isn’t gonna freeze itself

But actually, go see my girl @injectordeemerz at @themethod_stl. She’s SO knowledgeable and just the sweetest human ever. I have horrible TMJ and masseter Botox has changed my life and I don’t say that lightly. I used to wake up with migraines from the jaw pain and pregnancy only made my TMJ worse. Deema knew exactly what she was doing, didn’t over do-it and ensured I felt comfortable with the plan before any injections.

(But like the bulldog forehead needed help too so when in Rome) taken in The Method Aesthetics & Wellness by @katiekhummel

A mom’s dream @maisonritual.co 🤍

The Ease robe is everything you need, from the chic cinched waist to the luxurious fabric; it is truly the perfect piece to wear every day. Whether I’m spending the morning at home, getting ready for the day, or suddenly realizing I have to run to school pick-up, I look put together and stay comfortable.

This. Place.

The best use of mid-week PTO catching up with my sweet friend @iamjessicanoelbaine at the cutest cottage, seeing the stars over @rendlemanorchards, golf carting around the farm after-hours with a glass of wine and the most beautiful golden hour, s’mores charcuterie with a side of Apple Cider donuts for dinner, & coffee with the chickens the next morning.

Can’t recommend a stay at The Cottage at Rendleman enough, thank you for having us I can’t wait to come back. taken in Rendleman Orchards by @katiekhummel
