The 10u Pacesetters boys had themselves a weekend in Des Moines ⚾️♥️ Genuinely love this team and the baseball families we get to spend our summers with.

Only got to see one of Cruz’s 14u games but they went 1-1 on Saturday and after a 5 1/2 hour rain delay yesterday they didn’t get any more games in, but it means he got to watch his little bro + team 🥰 taken in West Des Moines, Iowa by @katielakin_

These are not the same boys 🥹 what a difference 9 months makes. Cruz just finished his last day of middle school — headed to Westside for his freshman year — and Leo finished 4th grade, going to be ruling AP Elementary as a 5th grader next year. by @katielakin_

Leo + his Dolphins got the W tonight under the big lights on the High School field 🥇🏈🏆 So fun watching these kids play (and Dave finally got to watch a Dolphins team have a winning season🐬) taken in Bennington High School by @katielakin_

I told myself I’d stop posting these first day of school pics, but now that I have a teenager I can thoroughly embarrass with them, why would I stop now? 🤷🏼‍♀️😉

The best long wknd at the ballpark with my boys — Cruz had an off weekend so we celebrated at his Thursday game + moms coached Leo’s team to a 3-18 loss yesterday 🫠🫠🫠 but they won their second game and battled back today to win the entire thing! Diamonds Are A Mom’s Best Friend 9U AAA/Majors tourney champs 🏆💎 That last video — love watching Leo as he grows as a catcher on his new team🫶🏼

Talk about shoe crush. If you would’ve told me 10 years ago that I’d be trading my heels for sneakers, I would’ve said you were crazy. But here we are and now we’ve created a monster. These are my faves atm. Wearing my true size 8 in all except the red / white are men’s 6.5.

Our week in a nutshell—

50s themed Bennington Foundation Gala, had a great time but definitely paying for it today 😴

Our Sports Mom custom parties at the shop were so much fun! Love seeing everyone who comes out + seeing how they customize their gear 🫶🏼 @shoplittlemango

Outdoor baseball practice Tuesday night -> blizzard Wednesday -> Dave out inspecting the mess in flip flops on Thursday 🫠🫠

Breakfast for the boys now consists of them stealing my Mush overnight oats — family favorite is the Apple Cinnamon but we like them all. If you haven’t tried them, Costco has such a great deal on them, 8pk for $6.50 right now. Quick and easy grab 🙌🏼 @mush @costco

Found a pack of matte red Red Aspen nails in the back of my cupboard and it made my week 😉#itsthelittlethings

Also found another set I’m in love with — comes in a ton of colors + different pant lengths.
