It's a blink 💛🧡🏔️🥾

The trail was not as busy mid-week and so we took advantage of it. And, as always, this place never disappoints and I hold such a special place in my heart for it!

Life has been aligning beautifully lately and I was shown, again, just how much with a chance run in on the trail with a dear yogi friend @toepfertrails we saw each other and ran into a huge tear filled hug 🥰 and then of course a yoga pose together. So good to see you Diana. 🙏

@lmcbride1 and I had a wonderful time just soaking up all the LARCHness and GOATness on this day!

I am happy to announce that starting next Thursday, August 6th, I will be teaching the 7:30pm yin at @balancekent. Yin has always been one of my favorite formats of yoga to teach and I look forward to adding this class on a weekly basis serving our amazing community! With that said I will be stepping away from Sunday yin rotation and this Sunday will be my last rotation class.

If you have not yet tried yin I highly suggest you do. Society today runs around in a constant ON and GO GO GO paying the price with a dysregulated nervous system. Too much yang and not enough yin for the balance that we all need.

Benefit of yin:
* Facia (connective tissue) opening and conditioning ... man this gooey stuff is an amazing bioelectric network!!
* regulation of the ANS (autonomic nervous system)
* increased flexibility to reduce muscle stiffness
* increased joint health for improved mobility
* increases your patience with quieting the mind and focusing with inward observations to your thoughts and body awareness

Our last night in Spain we stayed at the JW and explored around the area and found a cool tattoo shop where we of course got memorial tattoos.

Our stunning Airbnb in Roses! Definitely coming back to this one! Our first night there we set out to town for groceries and got caught in a huge scary storm that created massive flooding in the area! We got safely back but heard there was actually some fatalities in another area. Exploring this area and having this balcony for sunrise and sunsets and the thunderstorms. We even saw some dolphins 🐬

Mindful Marathon with @yogabody and @lucasrockwood on the Cami de Ronda along the beautiful Costa Brava. Meet so many cool people on the journey. A long but amazing day along the path. The terrain varied from wide natural paths to fields, to rock scrambling to sandy beaches to paved paths and everything in between. Every so many miles our group would stop and Lucas would pose a question to all of us to answer (or opt out) we learned a lot about our fellow marathoners as well as ourselves and it gave us much to talk about. I will never forget the conversations and friends made. Lucas ... I'm still down for Kilimanjaro! LETS DO THIS!
