A little Kundalini, a little snack-luck, lots of laughter, shimmy shaking, and meditating to slow down and turn inward. 🤍

Tonight we came together as a teaching community — connected, nourished, and remembered why we do what we do. Overflowing gratitude for this beautiful, real, uplifting community we get to be a part of. This is what it’s all about. ✨🫶🏼

It was literally October LARCH magic yesterday in the Wenatchee-National Forest. 🍂🍁🥾🧡

We hiked, breathed hard, sweat, picnic’d, sun-soaked, played and most importantly did something healthy TOGETHER AS A COMMUNITY and our cups overflow.

Thank you to everyone who joined this October Larch March Socializer Hike…and a super thanks to our PNW outdoor guru @katmatwhereuat for organizing this and so many other opportunities to come together outside. We LARCH you very much. 🍁😂

Did you miss it? Have fomo? Stay tuned. More playful dates to come.

Still reflecting on our time at @sageclifferesort in Quincy, WA for The Rise 🤩

It’s hard to capture everything that happened in one video but here’s a little glimpse into the weekend ✨

Gathering above the Columbia River Gorge, surrounded by cliffs, vineyards and open sky, made for such a beautiful place for us all to come together 🌌

From morning hikes + yoga to pool parties, light + sound journeys under the stars and everything in between…the weekend gave us so many ways to explore, connect and simply be 😇

What really made The Rise so memorable was the people ❤️ There was something special about the intimacy of this grassroots gathering…reconnecting with familiar PNW fam, making new friends and actually having the time and space to connect with each other throughout the weekend 💫

Thank you @misspapini for bringing this vision to life and creating a space for everyone to come together 🙏

We’ll be carrying the people, the land and the memories of this weekend with us for a long time 🫶

Our Balance community traded yoga mats for bike seats today, and it was the perfect PNW summer adventure. ☀️🚲

We rode 19 scenic miles through the beautiful countryside of Enumclaw, Buckley and Orting soaking up fresh air, sunshine, and great company. Along the way we stopped for coffee, played on the bridge, enjoyed the incredible views, hit a little outdoor gym in case we weren’t going to be sore enough 😂 and wrapped up the day with lunch at the perfect taco truck. 🌲☕🌮

One of the best parts of our community is getting to connect beyond the studio. Days like these remind us that movement, laughter, and shared experiences are what it’s all about.

A huge thank you to @katmatwhereuat for organizing these amazing outdoor summer events! ❤️

Stay tuned for our next adventure: a stand-up paddleboard outing on August 23rd…details on Mindbody! We can’t wait to see you there!

What a joy to serve the @balancekent community with an evening of wellness. Had such a great time collaborating with @katmatwhereuat . An hour of yin and Nidra l, and an hour of sound bath. And the best of all is to talk and connect with everyone after the session. Thanks everyone who came and joined us on this restoring and relaxing evening. Hope to see you next time!

Btw, I will be back on 7/11 to guide a sound bath here. Can’t wait!!
