Katrina del Mar director’s reel from 2011
someone was asking me for my directors reel recently so I dug up this lo res 360p relic. I guess it’s long overdue to make a new reel. 🤣

This represents a bunch of short films & music videos I shot from ~late 90s to 2011 mostly on super8mm film and MiniDV tapes.

Camera work by me plus Edgar Santiago @auteurman and Melissa Donovan @zemenefilm and Beka Venezia @bekav
Music by @triple_creme_

What do you think, does it hold up? 🤣 (I still love it all)

Dolly Parton stands in for Jesus Christ in my pop hero pantheon. All heart, and a genius. I am devastated that the wrong people are dying. I took these photos when she played at Irving Plaza in the early 2000s. It was the only time I saw her perform live, and I was absolutely gobsmacked at her skill. Anything she reached for she easily brought to us, her adoring fans, with love and humor. @dollyparton Resonate Infinite Presence. #dollyparton #shotonfilm #katrinadelmarphotography @irvingplaza @dollyparton by @katrinadelmar
