Heart is so full after another wonderful week co-facilitating our Art-as-Therapy: Creative Rest workshop at the AGO.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in the creative process with @maeandyouart.therapy and me. Every time we facilitate this program, I leave inspired by the stories and connection that emerge when people come together through art. Watching a community create, grow, and laugh together is one of the most rewarding and motivating parts of this work.

Rachel, I am truly ALWAYS learning from you. Thank you for being such an incredible collaborator and friend 🥹💗 You truly continue to inspire me every step of the way. And a special thank you to @browneyedgirlproductions for bringing such a new and warm energy to our group!!

I’m so SO deeply grateful to @agotoronto for continuing to support this program and for providing a space where therapeutic arts can grow and expand. I am forever thankful to the team that worked to make this week possible.

Can’t wait to do this all again very soon!! 💛✨

@petvaluyonge was kind enough to let me showcase my art at their Yonge location! 🐾
A special thank you to store manager Orange 🍊 for being my model and inspiring his very own portrait.
