When I was a little girl, I thought South Beach was the most glamorous place on earth. Every winter, my parents would bring me to Miami, and I was mesmerized by the fabulous people, the fashion, and the convertibles cruising down Ocean Drive.

For my birthday, I wanted to recreate that early 90’s magic. So I threw a party at the legendary Versace mansion, surrounded by some of my favorite people ❤️.

Here’s to growing up and making our own dreams come true. 🥂😘 @versace @thevillacasacasuarinaofficial @lera.kire.photo #southbeach #versace #birthdaygirl #bigdealenergy taken in Miami, Florida by @katyarfisher

Posting stuff like this makes me nervous. In my head I imagine people will say “Who does she think she is?” and if I fail at something, “See, that’s what she gets”. But I really have gone through so much to get to where I am today, and when I look at all the 💩 on social media I just think if I can pass some lessons on and be helpful to someone else, then I it’s worth it. And if I’m nervous then it’s a sign I should do it 😀 taken in Miami, Florida by @katyarfisher

One of the craziest things I did this year? Deciding to train to become a Pilates instructor.

With a newborn baby. While running a legal team, overseeing an AI technology company, and juggling about a hundred other things.

People keep asking me: WHY?!!! Don’t you have enough on your plate?

But here’s something I’ve learned about myself: the secret to avoiding burnout isn’t necessarily doing less. Sometimes, it’s doing something completely different.

I thrive on learning new things, challenging myself in unfamiliar ways, and having goals that have absolutely nothing to do with my professional life.

Because when you push yourself in a new direction, you come back to everything else with fresh energy, new perspectives, and skills you didn’t even know you needed.

And there’s something incredibly satisfying about being a beginner again when you spend most of your day being the person who’s supposed to have all the answers.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your career is pursue something that has nothing to do with it. @knowthedealofficial @aracorofficial #law #entrepreneur #leadership #fitnessmotivation #intraining by @katyarfisher

People rarely tell you what they really need. One of the best skills you can acquire is to learn how to listen and identify the question behind the question. #law #negotiation #deal @aracorofficial @knowthedealofficial taken in Miami, Florida by @katyarfisher
