Just a girl and her potato… oh and a few merry men 🤣 yesterday’s dopamine hit came in the form of a very cute and very tired Tato who inspired a photo shoot from auntie @kxtinax and another #preloved dress to which “everyone said I look like Robin Hood” ..well actually maid Marion but hey 🤣
Hope you all had a lovely weekend and are set for the week ahead

Today is #worldmentalhealthday❤️ so I thought an update was appropriate. On 7th November we will release a naked women’s calendar raising money for @stablemindscic_yoursafespace and a specific group for women to air our anxieties. Doing this has already given those brave ladies a chance to realise we are not alone and I hope the message spreads.

Since talking openly about my own mental health struggles, something way out of my comfort zone, I’ve also been approached by @samaritanscharity in Macclesfield to help raise awareness about their cause. To me your head is the most valuable asset. If your mental health isn’t right everything can feel like a big fat mess. So today and everyday the message is to talk and to encourage others to do the same 🥲
Thank you for the kindness you have shown me and I hope some of you will join us on the 7th November to see some souls and boobs laid bare!! Also a huge thank you to @freespiritphotography.co.uk for doing this out the goodness of her heart and @designprintcreateuk for as always stepping up to make it happen #mentalhealth #naked by @katyrickitt
