Seven years. 🤍

Seven years of building, dreaming, learning, growing, laughing, sweating, and pouring so much of myself into something I’m incredibly proud to have built from scratch.

I am sure many of you have heard by now of the decision to pass the torch of ownership of PFA.
This decision comes with so many emotions; pride in everything we built, gratitude for every person who walked through the doors, excitement for the new journey ahead, but also sadness in closing a chapter that has been such a huge part of my life.

This community has seen us through a pandemic, the birth of our children, and many seasons in between and I cannot express the deep gratitude to every person who has walked through our doors and supported us along the way.

Seven years ago, I could never have imagined where this journey would take me. It taught me more than I ever expected—not just about business, but about myself.

And now, it’s time for a new chapter.

As many of you know, I continued to dabble in the research world throughout the last seven years, and will be diving deeper into that role. But not to fret - you can’t get rid of me so quickly, I will absolutely be showing up for PFA as an instructor and will continue to dance, sweat and move with you all!!

Thank you to my business partner @_sarahellendance for being on this crazy roller coaster with me - and to the new era of owners @embeedance , @rach.loves.pd and @sarahs.dancediary who I know will love, sweat and bleed PFA just as we did

Thank you for all the memories - and let’s continue to make some more ♥️ by @kay_hamlyn
