If you would’ve told me a year ago I’d be on the news today doing a segment about my Yogalates classes, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Yet here we are. ✨ Let this be your reminder that so much can change in a year - sometimes in ways better than we could have imagined. Let’s see just how good it can get. 💫

Thank you to the team at Good Morning Washington for having me!

Over 800 of ya’ll have come in to take class in DC over the past year and I can’t even begin to explain how much joy it brings me to see how much you love Yogalates (because me too). This flow is special because it’s the perfect low impact workout that gives you the space to connect with your body and challenge yourself physically and mentally. It’s a reminder to slow down and strengthen the parts of you that you may have been neglecting. AND .. the playlist is always on point.

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching some virtual classes and putting classes up on YT soon so that you can move with me from anywhere. I’ll be taking requests and posting updates in my Instagram channel so make sure you’re following there 🤗🤗

a little timeline cleanse for you ✨

this clip from our live jazz & yoga session was too good not to share. Save this clip for the moments when you need a reset, a second to slow down and to reconnect back to yourself.

Big thank you to our amazing musicians @michaelbowiemusic @donato.soviero it’s a pleasure to celebrate jazz appreciation month with you all every year by @kayasymoneee

During the first quarter of 2026 I really leaned into my purpose ✨

And because of that, over 1,400 people came in to take classes and I hosted my very first Yogalates retreat!

Little me would be in awe that we found our voice and get to have fun daily ✨

Let this be your reminder to enjoy your life, make little you proud and get excited about what Q2 has in store by @kayasymoneee

all because you said YES to sisterhood, connection, adventure and most importantly YOURSELF ✨💕

So much happens when you start to put yourself first and take the time to live life fully. It’s the reason why I started hosting retreats. We all need this reminder 💕

The space is here for you if you need it.

The next glow & grow retreats are in
• OCTOBER 2026 - Curaçao
• JANUARY 2027 - Location announced soon
