✨ i think all sound healers should understand music. and if you don’t…you should probably learn…from me😘
✨ i wasn’t convinced i could make a living doing sound healing. so i proved myself wrong and now i want to prove you wrong, too 💫
✨ i came to nashville from nyc to make a record with my now husband in 2015. we fell in love in the studio and that’s how i ended up living here 🥰
✨ i started singing on stages when i was 6 years old with my dad. my first solo song was “Still the One” by Shania Twain 🥹
✨ i played and sang in a synth-pop band called Blip Blip Bleep for years in brooklyn.
✨ i believe your crystal bowls MUST be in tune. and if they’re not, you may be creating an experience that feels very different than the one you intended 🥶
✨ i fully believe there is room for ALL of us sound healers. the market for this work is enormous, and i don’t believe your success has to come at the expense of someone else’s 🏅🏅🏅
✨ i believe education is one of the most important ways we create legitimacy, standards, and longevity in this field.
✨ i’m a cat mom to Echo and Aura 🐈‍⬛🐈
✨ i am the third of four daughters - my 3 sisters are my best friends 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️
✨ i’m here to help you understand sound more deeply, build a more confident practice, and create a business that actually supports you.

What. A. Night.

I can’t really put into words what this event at Chrysler Hall meant to me. To be able to bring this kind of experience to one of the most (if not THE most!) iconic stages in my hometown was an absolute dream come true.

Y’all, nearly 300 people came to a sound bath in the middle of downtown Norfolk on a Saturday night 🤯

A million thanks to everyone who filled the hall (including my 92 year old grandma!), all the amazing vendors, my beautiful sound fairies @hushsoundhealing @atotalnightmare @wavesofchangecoalition , and especially Rob Cross and the entire @vaartsfest team for believing in me and this vision.

I am forever grateful.

💫 We’re thrilled to welcome sound practitioner, musician, and educator @kaycelaine back to GUD Yoga for an immersive journey through sound.

During this one-hour experience, Kayce will guide guests through gentle movement and meditation before settling in for an expansive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

✨Designed to invite deep rest and relaxation, the experience weaves together layers of sound, harmony, and vibration to create space to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive. There’s nothing you need to do but get comfortable, breathe, and experience the sound.

That’s a wrap on @istasoundsconference 2026! I learned so much, FINALLY got to meet @nataliebrownsoundsheal + @theomshoppeandspa IRL, got some quality time with my sound sister @themetamusician and late night / early morning bonding with a few beautiful Sound Healers Society members @wavesofchangecoalition and @mindbodypaloma (and Ashley!)

And of course, loved being able to share a presentation on Music Theory for Sound Healers - something I’m so so passionate about!

Meet Kayce Laine, a Nashville-based sound practitioner, musician, and educator creating immersive sound experiences that bridge music, meditation, and deep listening. She studied music at the University of Virginia and is an internationally certified sound practitioner and instructor with the Sound Healing Academy, where she trains students around the world. This Thursday night (10.1) we are bringing an immersive sound bath into the @fristartmuseum auditorium from 6:30-7:30! Your ticket includes admission to the galleries so you can come see the incredible new Shimmer exhibition before you settle into the sounds.

I’ll also have this fun new crystal light from @foxlightlabs that interacts with the sounds with different colors / patterns / brightness throughout the sound bath 🪄✨

So excited to share some sounds again at one of my favorite spots - @fristartmuseum - on Thursday October 1 from 6:30-7:30p 💫

I’ll be there with my usual suspects (bowls, synth bass, gong, ocean drum, chimes) and singing some live ambient vocals 🛸
