Other sound bath girlies are not my competition.

I'm only competing against myself to be the best version of me.💁🏼‍♀️

Other sound bath girlies are my sisters, my community, my girlypops.💖

We cheer each other on & love to see each other succeed.

I love this community so much 💕✨

Did you know hearing is the first sense we develop? Before we can see the world we can hear it. Sound is with us even before we were born and according to sound healer, @kaycelaine , that may tell us something important about how deeply sound can affect our bodies, minds, and well-being. In this fascinating conversation on @lets_talkladiespodcast, Kayce explores the power of sound, listening, and why what we hear matters more than we may realize. Listen to the full conversation wherever you get your podcasts! #LetsTalkLadies #soundhealing #wellness #SoundBath #podcastreels

Still buzzing from an unforgettable weekend at the ISTA @istasoundsconference (International Sound Therapy Association) conference! 🎶✨ My heart is overflowing with gratitude for everything I learned, felt, and experienced. this field is simply pure magic.

Being immersed in that space gave me the most profound “aha” moment: I’ve actually been experiencing sound healing my entire life.

Growing up in Puerto Rico, rhythms, dancing, and music were in the air I breathed. 20 years ago, when I began my wellness journey through Zumba, those uplifting beats moved something so deep within me. I was always drawn to Marc Anthony’s “Aguanile”, which in Yoruba translates to spiritual cleansing of your body and temple. Looking back, that’s exactly why those dance sessions felt so elevating, it was a constant state of energetic purity and release! ✨🇵🇷

Connecting with so many radiant souls was truly the highlight:
🥁 Meeting Christine Stevens, the drumming queen herself! @ubdrumcircles
💛 Reconnecting in person with my beautiful tutor, Kaycita! @kaycelaine
🌊 Gathering with fellow members of the Sound Healing Society family!

And the sound baths they created for us? Pure medicine. Ahhh, absolutely breathtaking. 🛁✨ I already can’t wait to dive into all the replays and bring this elevated magic into my upcoming sessions and retreats with you all!

Drop a 🎶 below if music or rhythm has ever been your medicine. 👇🏽

This past weekend 10/2-10/4 with ISTA just flew by…here are only a few of my highlights.

The International Sound Therapy Association Conference was filled with wisdom, inspiration, and meaningful connection... a beautiful reminder of the power of sound and the community that brings it to life.

I left the conference feeling grateful, honored and blessed to be part of this sound healing community encouraging continued education and scientific research in sound.

Playing the bowls is one part of guiding sound meditation. There’s also the language you use, the choices you offer, the way you prepare + how you show up for the people in the room.

This is a little look inside Bowl Club: real moments from our live sessions with the teachers who help us understand the instruments, the science, the practice + the responsibility of holding a room.

We love getting to learn alongside people who care this much. People who bring their own histories, questions, humor + creativity into the work. There’s a lot to study, and there’s also room to play, try something, ask for feedback + be new.

We care about how you play. We care about how you show up.
