Chicago Marathon ⭐

This race was more than just 26.2 miles. This race was for everyone who lost someone due to mental health and suicide. This race hurt. I think God had a reason to make this one hurt more than others. He reminded me pain is a privilege. How lucky am I that I get to push my body so hard. Huge shout out to my amazing friends and everyone who supported me. I am forever blessed with the best community.

✨2025 highlights✨
visited 2 new countries • completed a marathon • ran 500+ miles • became an aunt • dove deeper in my faith • #1 biller at ITG • took 10+ trips • found my new favorite spot ( Madeira, Portugal ) • had the best wines of my life at Napa Valley • spent priceless time with family & friends

BLESSED.

I’m so grateful and proud to have completed my 1st marathon. The course was more challenging than some but I am so proud of what I accomplished. Thank you to my friends and family who cheered me on. A BIG thank you to my @happypacerunclub fam🫶🏼 And a shout out to my other half @ryanasonphoto for running with me most of the race & showing me how to suffer well.

Thank you God for a great race and healthy body.
