Marathon #2 in my favorite city!

And of course thank you to my favorite people/supporters both running with me and cheering for me on the sidelines. Your encouragement this training block has meant everything. Loved making memories in Chicago with you all 🫶🏼

don’t know which died more this weekend: my phone or me the last 8 miles

had the best time in chicago because of the people i spent it with. training with my friends is my favorite part of marathons. i cherish every second i spend with family from back home. having my honey cheer for me at the halfway fueled me more than my gels. eating all the carbs doesn’t get old. i wouldn’t change any of that for a PR. it’s the people that make it magic, not the time on the clock.

What a weekend! Chicago Marathon was one to remember. As I hobble out of Chicago, I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to run my second World Major!

The crew showed uppp!! I’m so grateful to have a community of friends and @happypacerunclub who push me to be better and achieve our goals!

Thank you so much @liverunlift for being such a great coach throughout this marathon prep! I feel stronger and more confident as a runner and athlete because of this training. I can’t wait to continue to build off this momentum and get 1% better everyday!

We had a great ITG Summit in Greece! 🇬🇷
It was a blast learning, growing and making memories together in Santorini and Paros. It was a first class experience for everyone - private transports, dinners at the best restaurants, catamaran cruise, and other team building events. I’m very thankful for an amazing team!

The Greece Summit was our company goal last year and our team exceeded the goal. From the very beginning, when we started @idealtalentgroup (ITG), the goal was always to create a system that allowed everyone to exceed 6 figures in annual income and create incredible, memorable experiences for our team. I’m thrilled to say both of these have been realized, without the need to work weekends.

CANYONS 100K • 62 MILES ACCOMPLISHED

In the endurance capital of the world.

Harder than I ever could have imagined. I knew the downhills would be rough, but my knees were done by mile 46. After the first two climbs, I knew Plans A, B, and C were all out the window.

My crew kept me going - bringing the energy and helping with everything I needed. They even met me to walk/run the final mile into downtown. @liverunlift @baileigh.carlson @kaylasanger_

They say the ultra world has the best people, and it’s true. We take care of each other out there. Every person you pass asks, “How are you doing?” We helped each other across rivers, shared poles when someone needed them more, and constantly made sure everyone was fueling. You won’t find a more encouraging group.

Thank you to all the volunteers and staff who made this an experience I’ll never forget. Auburn is a magical place.

What a weekend!!! @danichristineee is officially an ultra marathoner. 100KM, 12,303 ft of elevation gain, 19:46:34 of pure GRIT!

So unbelievably proud of her and extremely grateful to call her my person ❤️

Same time next week? Probably not. But excited for your next challenge 🤘
