Sometimes I gotta look back to remind myself ➡️

Some doctors told me I might never get better, but around this week marks about 2months of real training 😁 I’m excited to get some more perhaps another month!? before my next race

Also I’m really proud of my super fast teammates and girlfriend @brooke.rauber

Grateful for this kind of tired <3

Definitely a stronger training block than whatever I was doing 5 months ago! Racing on the track for the first time in 2 years this week 🐺👀 by @kayliearmitage

The past few weeks I’ve been able to run a few workouts again (and my first with the pack 🐺) for the first time since getting sick 5 months ago ❤️🤍

4 months of getting worse, no progress, minimal running (more like jogging), struggling walking to class or even talking and all with almost no explanation, made me think I’d never be anywhere close to a picture like this again. Very grateful is an understatement ❤️ by @kayliearmitage
