An afternoon in @seasidefl is an afternoon well spent✨️🌊🍹🌴🐾 Here are my favorite spots:

✨️ @daytradertiki (best tiki drinks!! Good food, too, and a happy hour daily 3-5)

✨️ @theartofsimple has the cuuutest decor and gifts

✨️ @modicamarket for lunch specials and baked goods

✨️ @drome_seasidefl for dumplings and fun frozens

✨️ @nigelsbananas for gourmet frozen bananas. Plus, they've got a photobooth🍌

And their post office might be the cutest one in existence 💌

Love how dog friendly this sweet place is

The best time of the year! Jazzfest 2026 baby✨️🎷🌞🥂 @tpain was especially a blast!

Bites I had this year:

✨️Crawfish strudel from @caludaskingcake (must get)
✨️Stuffed bell pepper bites from @cafedauphinenola (must get)
✨️Ceviche tostada from @temperoskitchen (nice lighter option)

That one love rum punch from the Cultural Exchange area was delicious! And I always grab a little champ from the Rhythmporium tent before heading to Fais Do Do

✨️German chocolate cake (would NOT get again. prefer the homemade ice cream sandwich or mango freeze for a sweet treat!)

Roses are red, violets are blue. Why have one Mardi Gras cocktail, when you can have two? 💜💚💛

In 2025 I spent so much time and money on doctors appointments and hospital visits, and lost my grandmother in the middle of it. So this was honestly so therapeutic for me to reflect on all of the good and wonderful things that also happened this year. In tough times it is especially important to make space for the good, the "glimmers" 💖

Some highlights:

✨️SNOW IN NOLA - it was Lingweenie's first time in snow AND sand this year

✨️King Cake party at @bayoubeergarden

✨️Superbowl events

✨️Mardi Gras - greasing of the poles with my foodie girls and @astnprjn won a dinner for us in the Mardi Gras museum at @arnaudsnola

✨️went to @seasidefl

✨️had a birthday tea at @thewindsorcourt

✨️seeing @liltunechi at @jazzfest

✨️pool days at @hyattcentricfrenchquarter , @lostcoyotenola , and @gdhnola

✨️streetcar hotel hop

✨️@pelicansnba draft party at @sidecarnola

✨️@saints food and football combine influencer event at @caesarssuperdome

✨️Ocean Springs weekend with my mom at @roostoceansprings

✨️ Tales of the Cocktail events @tales_of_the_cocktail

✨️learned how to make cannolis with @bellacucinabyanna and how to throw pottery with @bellyfirenola

✨️Los Angeles & Laguna Beach

✨️Disney World @waltdisneyworld - drank and ate my way around Epcot and watched the fireworks at Magic Kingdom

✨️had so many wonderful collaborations and reached my goal of 3k followers this year

✨️I went to @sarahkkreations art show at @ralphsonthepark a few months ago and bought this adorable Cajun Carousel print. So happy that I FINALLY got it framed! I went to @framebridge on @magazinestreet and they helped me find the most perfect frame for it!They have multiple to choose from as well as a variety of matting options. Made it so easy! Even comes with the hardware to hang! Love it! 🦐🎠🐊 by @kayohlala
