I leave behind me a vast trail of evidence about the person I was, and the journey towards being who I am today. I deliberately chose not to delete evidence of my past mistakes, and unconscious behaviours (of which there are so many).

Heck, I even published two books that are riddled with mistakes after mistake. The suffering created by my own addictions and unhealthy attachments. The suffering created from my utter desperation to feel loved, or valued. Which, ironically, resulted in a life where I neither loved nor valued myself.

I was the person at all the parties, with the glossy instagram, probably triggering many people to feel ashamed of their less ‘exciting’ lives.

I was the person ignorantly promoting the fancy new wines, spirits, ciders and other alcohols as being ‘cool’, as well as cigarettes, coffee, flesh of animals and fish, dairy, sugar and many, many other toxic poisons along the way.

I was arguably the devil herself.

Encouraging many more people down the very same track. The alluring track of ‘fun” which not only leads to more suffering, disease and death - but actively CREATES it.

There is no happy ending for anyone on those tracks.

There is actually not even good SCENERY once you get on that train. Unless you keep yourself blinded to truth. That’s the cost of that journey. You give up truth. And in giving up TRUTH? (Virtue), you give up any possibility of true love.

Truth and True Love are both on one train. And only one train.

You may experience glimpses of both from the window of your train of addiction, but neither are yours. They are just as I stated; passing glimpses.

Addicts will never experience true love.

Loving moments, sure. Affection, sure. Good feeling, sure. But true and sustainable love? Deep and intimate and real love? No.

Because it doesn’t exist on the devils train.

Instead you trade love for excitement.

You trade true and pure joy for entertainment.

You trade all that is worth living for, for some cheap knock off poisons that are slowly killing you from the soul to the body.

And it all mirrors back to you in the outside world.

I quite literally cannot leave without getting on a plane. I can’t do that without paperwork. I can’t get that from anywhere other than the Sri Lankan government.

Choose wisely.

Your life, quality of life and life experiences are influenced heavily by what is on your plate.

Karma is not a concept, it’s a very real law governing our existence.

Would you fill up a £100,000 car with fuel that made it cough and splutter… fuel that wrecked the engine slowly and chronically…. Shortened its lifespan…. Fuel that made the experience of driving the car so much less? That made it feel dull and depressed and heavy deep inside?

Isn’t your life and your body worth so much more than a £100,000 car?

If you want to keep creating hell on earth and more suffering, keep buying dead animals and putting them inside your body. Yet - you are intelligent enough to realise there is a better way…. Just be brave enough and loving enough to take it. And if that fails? Just choose that you don’t want to keep suffering over and over and over.

Because the big kicker? You will never experience true love until you become it. So if your goal is to be loved and feel good…. Putting dead bodies inside yours, and/ or products of mass evil and harm, is not going to get you there.

It’s not biologically, spiritually, mentally or emotionally possible.

You will experience glimpses of moments resembling joy and love, sure. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. But can you sustain feeling good?

Of course not.

And you know it.

You just never understood why. You never had anyone teach you this. You never joined the dots. And you didn’t really want them to either… because change is hard. Overcoming addiction is hard.

And blood is one of the hardest addictions to overcome when you are deep in a world of things like alcohol and casual sex being normalised. Why? Because you can’t keep abusing your body when you no longer sustain it with the blood from other life forms.

You Re-sensitise.

And that means needing to change EVERYTHING about the animalistic, demonic ways of life you inherited / were deeply programmed to unconsciously repeat.

But you know what?

If I can change - you sure can too.

And that change is going to flood you with more consciousness and life than you even know is possible.

It’s not something outside of you that needs to change. It’s YOU that needs to change. To evolve. Improve. Make more loving and aligned choices.

It’s time to care about where you spend your money - because you now know that every penny you spend is a VOTE for the world you want.

Cruel or kind?
Harmed or healing?

Every penny goes to either creating heaven or hell.

When you are triggered, it’s best to put the phone down and breathe. Reacting with your keyboard is always embarrassing later down the line… I’ve been there plenty of times. And it’s never comfortable when you realise later that you were that ignorant.

Every possible argument generated by ego against this truth will only reveal deep ignorance… which is painful for both of us to endure.

Just scroll by instead of reacting.
Breathe deeply instead of acting out.
Be invited to evolve, instead of defending your unconscious state.

Deep down, deep, deep down, beneath the noise and the lies you tell yourself, you know that it’s truth. It’s WHY you are triggered.

Arguing otherwise doesn’t help either of us. by @kayzfraser
