This is how our 1-year anniversary at BFT Greenwich went! 🥹💙

What a day!! The energy was unreal and having so many of our members there celebrating with us made it even more special.

One whole year of BFT Greenwich 🥹 We’re so grateful for every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with their training and helped us build the community we have today.

Thank you to everyone who made my 30th birthday so special 💙

To everyone who came to celebrate with me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It meant so much to see so many familiar faces people I’ve shared unforgettable memories, laughter, and incredible moments with over the months.

Being a coach has given me the privilege of watching so many of you grow. Seeing everyone come together to celebrate this special day with me was truly special, and it’s a memory I’ll always cherish.

Thank you for all the love, birthday wishes, thoughtful gifts, and for taking the time to be there. You made my day more amazing than I could have imagined. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better way to celebrate my 30th birthday 🥺
