Hi! I’m Amy Hunt with Kecofit! I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I found my passion for fitness while struggling with anxiety that started in my preteen years. Movement has been my medicine and now my career. Kecofit’s foundation is based on a combination of many practices but primarily Pilates and strength training. What makes us different from other gyms/big box Pilates? We are holistic! This method I have practice in my personal life for years. All the classes create a method for longevity. I love Pilates but we are not a Pilates studio. I believe in the protection of classical Pilates as it is a beautiful method for recovery and therapeutic. We have entered a culture where people with little experience are telling us how to move our bodies, what supplements to take, and trends that can harm the human body. It’s overwhelming! Let’s step back from all that noise and think about what works for this journey to the end! Amy Hunt
