Attended Poleography class last night. It was my first time with a pole in over 5 years! I forgot how much fun this was. Had a great time laughing it up with the other ladies.
Disclaimer: this wasn’t my best but I’m proud of what I did do 🤭. I showed hubby and he was like “this all looks great to me!” 😊

This specific class is using the pole as a prop (like we do with Chair class) so no prior pole experience is required. Can’t wait for the next one.

Last night took Sexy Chair Dance class and it was just what the doctor ordered. Just what my spirit needed. Soooo good!! All the ladies bonding, laughing, and encouraging one another. One thing @helenakeppel gonna do is choreograph a sexy routine. I’m not a dancer at all. I modified when needed and I left smiling, loving my body, and feeling stronger. Im ready for the next class.

Happy Anniversary my love! I love that 21 years later we can still laugh together like this. Life has lifed over these last two decades But I’m thankful I had you by my side through it all.
God knew exactly what He was doing when he moved our families next door to each other over 40 years ago and then brought us together later in life as young adults. His plan for us was way better than anything I could have thought of. I love you! by @keepmovingmichele

I got this text out of no where yesterday from the camp supervisor where the boys are working this summer.
I haven’t seen the boys yet to ask them what exactly happened yesterday that prompted the text. No mater what…hubby and I are proud parents. We’ve raised our boys to conduct themselves a certain way. They’re not perfect and neither are we but texts like this reinforce the work we’ve put into them. Thank you Lord! by @keepmovingmichele

I put on this dress for date night with hubby and it felt different instantly. Looking at the first time I wore it last year compared to 2 days ago…I see the difference. Funny enough the scale hasn’t really moved in the last year but there is a change for sure.
You can’t see it in the photo but the booty was booty-ing on date night 😉. Okay!!!
I credit this to @killerbodyfitness and my gym routine, @simones.sofit my dietician helping me change how I eat, AND also to my walking pad Santa got me for Christmas (all the extra walking adds up).

Enjoyed taking another Sexy Chair dance class last night with @helenakeppel . Had fun as always and after watching back this video realized I didn’t do too bad. I love these sexy classes. They help me tap into my feminine and remind me to love the body I’m in and the person I am.
As always I don’t post until hubby views the video first and he enjoyed it especially the ending 😉.
